South Tyrolean Merano Speck PGI

This original South Tyrolean Speck is a ham matured for several months in pure mountain air according to an old farming tradition. The ham is salted using only pure sea salt, and the remainder of the maturing process takes place over time with pure mountain air and the purest mountain herbs. This is how Merano Speck obtains its unique very aromatic yet mild flavour. Sliced into the finest slices, original South Tyrolean Merano Speck can now also be enjoyed conveniently ready-sliced at home.
